Walk in skeptical.
Walk out shipping.
A live class (remote, in-person, or custom) that leaves you with a complete AI dev stack and three live products.
Four things. All yours.
You walk out with real, deployed assets. Not a GitHub repo you'll never touch again. Real things, live, connected to your actual business.
Your dev stack
A production-grade AI development environment, ready to build anything.
Everything the pros use, with none of the configuration hell.
Your business case
A live public URL for your business case, deployed in front of you.
Example builds: a CFO data room with live financial dashboards, a board-update page, a secure document portal for your leadership team.
Your AI copilot
A custom AI tool that drives revenue, automates your marketing, or ships reporting for you.
Example builds: a lead qualifier that scores every inbound, a proposal drafter for new deals, a competitor research agent, a marketing-brief generator.
Your automation
A scheduled task that runs while you sleep, owning one piece of your revenue or marketing motion.
Example builds: a daily pipeline digest for leadership, a weekly revenue report, an always-on marketing-metrics snapshot, a competitor-monitor that pings you when something changes.
The Pro Framework
The same Claude Code project framework 1116 LLC uses on real client work, ready for you to drop into any new project.
Yours to keep, modify, and use on every project after the class.
Built for operators, not engineers.
If you run or help run a real business, you're in the right room. This course is specifically designed for people who've never written code and aren't trying to become software engineers.
- Founders & CEOs
- COOs and heads of operations
- Solo consultants and coaches
- Small business owners
- Marketing leaders
- Anyone running a team who's tired of waiting on devs
- Software engineers (this will bore you)
- Agency developers
- Recent bootcamp grads
- Anyone looking for a CS education
If you have a business and an afternoon, you have what you need.

Same curriculum. Your version of the work.
The four modules don't change. What you walk away with does, because the application is yours. Find your seat below to see the math: what you'd build, what you'd recoup, and how the course gives you three concurrent ROI angles instead of just one.
CFO / PE operator
"I see the value, but I need a use case to justify the spend."
Startup CEO
"I have ideas faster than I can ship them."
Showroom manager
"My team's time is burned on the same questions, every day."
Fashion sales
"Velocity is brutal. I need creative + customer comms scale."
Auto aftermarket sales
"Half my conversations are 'will this fit my car.'"
COO of a kitchen services company
"Coordinating sites + suppliers + technicians manually is killing me."
Bring your own scenario
The course teaches a pattern, not a vertical. Book a free 15-minute call and we'll scope your seat together. No pitch, no pressure.
Questions people actually ask
Honest answers to the things we hear from prospective students. If your question isn't covered here, bring it to the intro call.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can use Gmail and a web browser, you can do this. The whole point of the course is that modern AI tools let you describe what you want in plain English and have working software by the end of the class.
What's the difference between Remote, In-person, and Custom?
Remote ($5,000 per seat): 4 hours live with Jake over video, teaching the full curriculum. You walk out with all four modules completed and lifetime portal access.
In-person ($10,000 per seat): 8 hours live with Jake in the room. Everything in Remote, plus a custom project of your choosing that Jake helps you ship by end of session.
Custom (let's talk): tailored curriculum, extended delivery, additional custom projects, optional team training. Bring the scope, leave with a quote.
Is the price per seat or for the whole group?
The Remote and In-person tiers are priced per seat — one attendee per ticket. If you want to bring a teammate, you can buy multiple seats at checkout, or book a call and we'll quote a team rate. The Custom tier scopes seats on the call as part of the engagement.
Does support extend beyond the class?
Support is scoped to the course curriculum and the three projects you build during the class. It is not a general software consultancy. Jake will happily help you get unstuck on your class projects. He won't debug a completely different app you build six months later. Custom engagements are separate. Book a call if you need more.
How does scheduling work?
Book a call with Jake. On the call you pick the format (Remote 4-hour, In-person 8-hour, or Custom), pick a date, and get invoiced. Class runs once the invoice clears.
What do I need to bring to the in-person class?
A laptop (Mac or Windows), its power cable, and one specific business problem you'd like to solve. That's it. Everything else is provided: materials, the dev stack, a working Claude subscription for the duration of the class.
Is the live class recorded?
No. Live portions aren't recorded. Keeps the room candid and lets students ask questions freely. The course content at the companion portal is always available to you after class, for life, including updates as the curriculum evolves.
Who teaches the class?
Jake Gannon (1116 LLC) designed the course and teaches every class personally, whether remote, in-person, or custom.
Is the course content updated over time?
Yes. The course is a living repository. When the curriculum evolves, students keep access to the updated content at the companion portal for life.
Is the curriculum customized to my industry?
The four modules don't change — they teach the methodology. The application is yours. In the live class we work on your specific scenario (the project you bring), and the "Built for" section above shows what the same curriculum looks like applied to a CFO seat, a startup CEO seat, a showroom manager seat, and so on. The class compresses the gap between the universal method and your specific use case.
I don't see my role in the personas above. Will this still work?
Yes. The course teaches a pattern, not a vertical. The catchall card above lays out how to bring your own scenario. Book a free 15-minute call and we'll walk through your specific seat together; if it's not a fit at the end, we'll tell you.
Ready to stop feeling behind on AI?
A live class with Jake. Three live products, a complete dev stack, and the ability to build anything else you dream up. Book a call to pick the format that fits your business.
